Camper Registration

Camper Registration is due by May 1st!!! 

There is a limited number of campers that will be accepted, so please register soon!​

Fee for AAC Camp: $50 for registration and payment.​

Payment options include:

    • 1) Over the Phone: calling 208-706-7150, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    • 2) In-Person: at the Patient Financial Management windows in the hospitals; open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  There are drop boxes in each of the offices if payment is being made after hours.  Please be sure to indicate St. Luke's AAC Camp.   

    • 3) Mail: Please mail to St. Luke's AAC Camp; Attn: POS Cash Support; 3330 E. Louise Dr, Ste 110; Meridian, ID 83642

  • If paying by check - check must be made out to St. Luke's or it will be returned​

  • If paying by card - cardholder must be the one using the card

  • Payments for St. Luke's AAC Camp cannot be made at any clinic locations

  • Idaho Medicaid will also fund camp when using Family Directed Funds.
