Camper Registration

By completing the Registration form, you are registering an AAC User for the DAY CAMP. This year there will be 2 camps during the week of June 3rd-6th to better meet different communication levels and access methods of AAC Users. Our morning session will run from 9:00-11:30 AM. The afternoon session will run from 2:00-3:30 PM. Campers can register for only 1 camp. The morning camp is for younger children between ages 5-12 and the afternoon camp is for the older children ages 13-20. Some changes to this schedule may occur depending on AAC Users access method and the numbers registering in a particular age group. You will be notified of your child's schedule as quickly as possible. Please contact Anne Kuhlmeier (kuhlmeia@slhs.org) or 208-706-3699 with questions. We appreciate your patience as we work to accommodate more AAC Users and provide motivating activities to a wide range of age groups.

Cost to attend day camp in June is $50. Please contact Anne Kuhlmeier if you are in need of an invoice/Goods and Services Form or a scholarship. No one will be turned away because of financing. Our space is limited though so we do need to limit each camp to 24 children.

Payment Options for St Luke’s AAC Camp

Over the phone – call 208-706-7150 Monday through Friday 7:30-5:00

In Person – at the Patient Financial Management windows in the hospitals. We are open Monday through Friday from 8 to 4:30. We do have drop boxes at each of our offices if payment is being made after hours. Please be sure they indicate St Luke’s AAC camp.
